If something isn't right, here's how we fix it.
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with photos of the issue and your project reference.
Studio leadership reviews the claim and confirms whether it falls under warranty coverage.
If covered, we schedule a technical visit at no cost — in San Diego County or Baja California.
We repair or replace the affected component. Most claims resolve within 2 weeks.

Payment plan · 60/30/10
Three transparent payments: 60% on contract signing (production starts within 5 business days), 30% before installation (confirms your exact delivery date), 10% upon installation completion (activates warranty). We accept bank transfer and cash.
Changes during fabrication
Minor color or finish changes can be made within the first 2 weeks after signing. Structural changes may affect timeline and cost — we always inform you in writing before proceeding.
Cancellation
You can cancel before fabrication begins with an 80% deposit refund. Once fabrication starts, cancellation is not possible since materials are cut to measure.
Geographic coverage
We serve San Diego County and nearby Southern California areas, as well as Tijuana, Rosarito, Tecate, and surrounding Baja California. For projects outside these zones, contact us to evaluate logistics.
