Leadership reviews personally
Every application gets human review by our studio leadership. We verify portfolio, license, and quality compatibility. Response within 2 weeks maximum.
In-person or video meeting
If we move forward, we schedule a workshop visit in Tijuana or a video call if you're in San Diego. You see our process, we understand your style.
Authorized Distributor contract
We sign the formal contract. You receive the sample box, trade pricing, direct WhatsApp to your rep, and full program activation.

10–12% commission
On closed projects. Paid upon final client payment (10% milestone).
Material sample box
Physical box with 8–10 selected samples to present in your studio. Quarterly refresh included.

Net price list per project with breakdown by module, materials, and hardware. No margin surprises.

- Valid professional license (AIA in US, CAM in Mexico, or equivalent)
- Portfolio of at least 3 premium residential projects
- Active coverage in BC, BC Norte, or San Diego County
- Commitment of at least 1 project per year
- Adherence to brand standard — no supplier substitution
