The quality of a kitchen doesn't show on delivery day. It shows at 5, 10, and 20 years. That's why we chose the best suppliers per category and we exhibit them: if your next kitchen is ours, you'll know exactly what's inside every cabinet.
i. Cabinet structure
TIGERPLY.
All of our modular structure is built with TIGERPLY birch plywood: cross-laminated birch veneer layers with UV prefinish on visible faces. CARB Phase 2 (zero residual formaldehyde), TSCA Title VI compliant. It's the same wood the best European kitchens use in their backstage. In kitchens that live 30 years, this matters more than the visible veneer.

The trade-off we accept
We don't use raw MDF (it swells with humidity) or pure particleboard (it crumbles on fine cuts). Birch plywood costs 40% more than the alternatives and lasts the entire life of the kitchen.
ii. Doors and fronts
Vesto Arauco · Egger · Solid Maple.
Visible doors and drawers are the signature of every kitchen. For the Premium line we offer Vesto Arauco melamine (Chile) in trend colors (Avella, Morel, Nougat, Cocoa, Seda Giorno) or Egger melamine (Austria/Germany) when the client wants a European finish. For Signature, doors in solid Maple or imported solid White Oak from the USA, with unique grain on each panel.

The trade-off we accept
For the Base line we use matte melamines from certified national suppliers — functional quality with smart price balance. We don't promise luxury where there is none.
iii. Countertops
Quartz · KRONOS · Rock Tiles.
Quartz countertops installed by a local professional marble shop in Tijuana (Base and Premium, Galaxy White and Black). For Premium upgrade and Signature we offer KRONOS 38mm postformed worktops (factory-rounded edges, European resistance) or Rock Tiles large-format decorative surfaces (4×9 ft).

Today we don't carry a permanent line of Calacatta or Dekton. We work with real stock — the prices and availability are what you see, with no promises we can't deliver.
iv. Hardware
Blum.
Blum Clip Top Blumotion hinges and Tandem drawer slides (Austria) — soft-close mechanisms certified for 200,000 cycles, lifetime factory warranty. For the Base line, premium Chinese hinges and slides with certified soft-close — functional without critical compromises.

We don't use generic hardware without certified cycles. The difference in "feel" when you open a drawer is why Premium costs more.
