Your client buys a home and needs a kitchen or closets. You refer them with your personal code and earn 5% of the contract (before tax) for a pre-designed package (affiliated developments), or 7% for a made-to-measure package (a private home or a non-affiliated development) and we validate it before they sign, in two equal payments: half 5 days after your client pays the deposit and half once they pay for the kitchen in full. 7% is the maximum for participation; an approved house-model package pays a flat 5%, with no scale.
